• Do “not” just send a snippet of text for an editing sample.  Please take the time to introduce yourself and the work you’re wanting to have edited.
• Include your name.
• Include your e-mail address.
• Include your phone number (I only call if requested to).
• Include whether the work you are considering Swansong Editing for is a short story, a novella or a novel (supplying the current word count is easiest).
• Include the work’s genre (mainstream, fantasy, chick lit, horror, science fiction, western, romance, etc.)
•  Once I receive this I’ll request the editing sample.
